These terms cover the "MiniGolfHouse Welcome" TV channel, our optional email sign-up page, and this website.

Who we are

MiniGolfHouse is operated by Hosts4Homes LLC. "We" means MiniGolfHouse and Hosts4Homes LLC.

The TV channel and sign-up page

The channel is a welcome screen for guests staying at MiniGolfHouse homes. It shows Wi-Fi details and a QR code, and nothing in it requires an account. Please use it for your stay and leave the Wi-Fi details inside the house.

The email sign-up page is optional. Staying with us, using the Wi-Fi, and watching TV never depend on signing up. If you sign up, how we handle your address is described in our privacy page, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

House rules

The rules for each home live in its guidebook and in the booking listing. Those are the rules that apply to your stay, and this page does not replace them.

Discounts and offers

Any discount we send by email is described in that email, including how to use it and when it ends. We may change or end an offer for future sign-ups.

No warranty

We try to keep the channel, the sign-up page and this website working, but we provide them as they are, without a promise that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using them or from being unable to use them. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Other companies

The channel runs on Roku, and the apps on the TV belong to their own companies. Our site links to other services, such as our booking calendar and merch store. Those have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using the channel, sign-up page or website after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
