Heads upThe mini golf course is not available at this time. It will be reset in Spring/Summer 2027.

Out the back door there's a fenced yard, a pool and a basketball hoop, and nowhere anyone has to be. Do Chicago one day and the Dunes the next.

“Stan's place is perfect for families needing a place in the south Chicagoland/northwest Indiana area. The house and both yards are very spacious and very comfortable. It was located near multiple attractions and restaurants. We recommend it!”Mike · Alexandria, Virginia

“It was the perfect location for us, traveling to Chicago one day and into Indiana Dunes the next. …The children loved the pool and the basketball hoop.”Gracie · Anderson, South Carolina

Check-in is 4 PM. Check-out is 10 AM.
The pool is seasonal and weather-dependent, usually open in the warm months and closed for winter. Every guest signs a short pool waiver before swimming, and there is no lifeguard, so children need an adult with them at the water.
